1General Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by twcbetnet at https://twcbetnet.vu, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.

Platform twcbetnet is intended solely for online entertainment purposes. Our services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• Capable of making independent legal decisions.
• Not a citizen or resident of any country that prohibits the use of such platforms.
• Not currently under any ban or restriction imposed by twcbetnet.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any other entity.

2Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at twcbetnet. Multiple account registrations by the same individual constitute a serious violation of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated winnings or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. The details you need to provide include:

• Full name as stated on your official identification document.
• An active mobile phone number registered in your name.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Your actual date of birth.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will be required to upload a valid copy of your identification document when prompted. Failure to complete KYC may result in delayed or rejected withdrawals. KYC documents are handled with encryption and used solely for verification purposes.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

twcbetnet supports multiple deposit methods including FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, and direct bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered under the same account holder's name.

The minimum deposit is RM10 and will be credited to your account automatically upon successful payment verification. twcbetnet does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

• Deposits that fail to process due to incorrect information or technical issues will be refunded within 1–3 business days.
• Twcbetnet reserves the right to request proof of payment to verify any suspicious deposits.
• Payment fraud or the use of unauthorized payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed by the twcbetnet subject to the limits and processing times set according to the member's VIP tier. The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for e-wallets and RM50 for bank transfers.

Every withdrawal request is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met beforehand.
• Funds may only be transferred to an account in the name of the twcbetnet account holder.
• Your first withdrawal requires additional verification by our security team.

Twcbetnet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals to conduct security checks if any suspicious activity is detected. Any rejected withdrawal will be accompanied by a written explanation to the relevant member.

5Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by twcbetnet is subject to its own specific terms and conditions. These terms are clearly stated on the Promotions and must be read before claiming any offer.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered according to the specified multiplier before they can be withdrawn. For example, a RM50 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of RM500 in bets.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games.
• One Claim Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through unauthorized means will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6Game Rules

All games available at twcbetnet using an independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in every round. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed.

You agree that:

• The outcome of all games is random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Twcbetnet is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, all affected bets will be returned to your account balance.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited.

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. twcbetnet your account, including your username and password. twcbetnet will never ask for your password via email, phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Always log out of your account after using a public or shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the support team immediately.

Twcbetnet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account resulting from the account holder's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

8Prohibited Conduct

Platform Usage twcbetnet is for legitimate entertainment purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly (multi-accounting).
• Using false personal information or invalid identification documents during registration or KYC.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the gaming system or promotions.
• Any activity related to money laundering through the platform.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other members or twcbetnet staff.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.

9Account Suspension & Closure

twcbetnet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• Account involved in any illegal activity under Malaysian law.
• The account holder is found to no longer meet the eligibility requirements.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.

10Limitation of Liability

twcbetnet shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity suffered by users, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance that has been announced in advance.
• Technical failures beyond twcbetnet's control, such as disruptions to the user's internet connection.
• Gaming losses that are valid outcomes of the RNG system.
• Transaction delays caused by issues on the part of the bank or third-party payment provider.

The maximum total liability of twcbetnet to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by twcbetnet is subject to Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of this overall agreement. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia in all aspects of user data handling.

Your data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is only accessed by authorized personnel for transaction processing and customer support purposes. twcbetnet does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions

twcbetnet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via:

• In-account notification upon login.
• Email to your registered address.
• Announcements on the platform's homepage.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account. The effective date of the latest amendment is as stated at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or the relevant court.
